High Standards of Hospitality Focused on You

    • Before you travel, we encourage you to check with each city, county or state for details on any travel advisories, including quarantine orders, and other requirements, such as the use of face coverings.
    • We ask that Owners and Guests follow local and state regulations as it relates to face coverings and CDC requirements. 
       

     

    • As a first step in planning any trip abroad, check the U.S. Department of State travel advisories for your intended destination. Before you travel, please check for specific travel advisories on our Travel Alerts page.

     

    • Frequent and thorough cleaning of all high-traffic areas, including lobbies, check-in counters, pool and lounge spaces, fitness centers and food and beverage areas.

     

    • We use EPA-approved cleaning solutions to clean all areas of Guest rooms with a focus on high-touch areas.
    • Reduction of paper items, including guest directories, magazines and printed promotional items supplemented with digital options to limit your exposure. 

     

    • We ask that Owners and Guests follow local and state regulations as it relates to face coverings and CDC requirements. 

     

    • Enhanced training for all Team Members on the proper use of EPA-approved disinfection chemicals and cleaning protocols to ensure your protection.
