The entire Guest Services team eagerly looks forward to receiving and greeting Owners and Guests every day, further validating Hilton Grand Vacations’ world-class hospitality. We could tell how important it was to each Team Member that we were their number one priority. Housekeeping was outstanding, and throughout our stay, every inch of our Suite was impeccable. I can honestly say that Ocean Oak Resort has earned every award it’s received, including the Connie Award.
