I am thinking of purchasing a vacation ownership with Hilton Grand Vacations in the next 6 to 12 months. How will this impact my purchase?
We are committed to providing Owners, Members and Guests with the services and vacation experiences they’ve come to expect from Hilton Grand Vacations. Your future timeshare purchase will be with HGV for an interest in a property or a Collection within our existing portfolio, which includes HGV Max benefits. Bluegreen Vacations resorts will be available in the future to Members via HGV Max. By adding Bluegreen Vacations to the HGV family, Members with HGV Max benefits will have access to more vacation options across an even larger portfolio — from 150 resorts to nearly 200 properties — as cross-booking opportunities become available.
I have a marketing package with HGV. Will the acquisition impact my stay?
The terms of your marketing package will stay the same.
Will this affect current Owner, Member, or Guest reservations?
All reservations will remain the same. Owners, Members and Guests will continue to enjoy the same vacation experiences and customer service they’ve come to expect from HGV.
Can I trade my marketing package to stay at a Bluegreen Vacations resort?
You may only use your existing marketing package as stated at the time of purchase.
I made a reservation at one of your resorts through an online booking website. Will the acquisition impact my stay?
No, your reservation will remain the same.
