Although anyone can visit our properties or purchase our timeshare products, our special preview vacation packages are only available to persons who meet certain requirements for combined gross annual income, underwriting and credit worthiness, reside in a state where our projects are registered for sale and agree to attend a timeshare sales presentation. You are not eligible to participate in this promotion if you:

1. have an open, incomplete vacation package with Hilton Grand Vacations or one of its affiliates (“HGV”) requiring attendance at a sales presentation,

2. have attended an HGV sales presentation within the last year,

This special promotion requires attendance at an approximately two-hour timeshare sales presentation (one-hour sales presentation for current HGV owners) on the benefits of vacation ownership. If married or living together, both parties must attend the sales presentation together.

If eligibility criteria are not met or the sales presentation is not completed, the credit card used to purchase the vacation package will be charged the full retail value of this promotional offer and you will not be eligible to receive any gifts or discounts in connection with this offer. If you do not meet the criteria, but you have received gifts, you will be charged the verifiable retail value for such gifts, plus all applicable taxes, and less any payments by you.

Accommodations as specified in the vacation package offer may include a standard double hotel room at a Hilton portfolio hotel or a studio or suite at a Hilton Grand Vacations resort (valued at $175-$900/night) except in locations where accommodations at another brand hotel or resort may be offered. Certain restrictions may apply, accommodation upgrades, and stays over weekends, during high season and holidays are limited and may include additional fees. Vacation packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Vacation package expires 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise stated in the offer received.

A $19.95 charge applies to each reservation change made 7 days or more prior to arrival. Should plans change within 7 days of scheduled arrival, requiring a reservation cancellation, change, or no-show, the equivalent of one (1) night at the currently published retail price ($175-$900) for the applicable resort or hotel at that time will be charged to the credit card used to purchase the vacation package.
