Vacation membership with Hilton Grand Vacations is a program whereby you purchase a take in a particular resort for a certain number of days at a certain time of year, in a certain size accommodation. This stake entitles you to an annual allotment of “points” to spend traveling either within the Hilton Grand Vacations portfolio or to hundreds of other destinations and resorts around the world. Think of it as “prepaying” for vacations for years to come.

Do I really "own" my accommodations?
Yes, your membership comes from a deeded interest at your Home Resort, meaning you have preferred weeks to stay at that property. Remember, you’ll still have the option to travel to other resorts and destinations at your leisure.
As a Member, you’ll receive an annual allotment of HGV points based on the type of accommodations and destination you purchased.
How much does membership cost? Can I afford to become a Hilton Grand Vacations Member?

What is a Hilton Grand Vacations personalized sales presentation and when does it take place?
During your vacation, you’ll attend a personalized sales presentation and tour that will introduce you to the many benefits and privileges of vacation membership with Hilton Grand Vacations. If you are traveling on an introductory getaway vacation, your sales presentation will be scheduled when you book your travel dates. It usually takes place the day after you arrive.
Do I have to purchase a membership with Hilton Grand Vacations during my trip?
There is absolutely no obligation to purchase a membership with Hilton Grand Vacations.
How do I book or reschedule my travel dates?
Once you’ve purchased your introductory getaway, you’ll receive an email with next steps and details on how to choose your preferred travel dates for your upcoming vacation.
How long do I have to take my introductory getaway vacation?
Travel must be completed within 12 months from the date you buy your introductory getaway.
Where will I be staying?
Accommodations as specified in the vacation offer may include a standard double hotel room at a Hilton portfolio hotel or a studio or suite at a Hilton Grand Vacations resort (valued at $175–$500/night), except in locations where accommodations at another brand hotel may be offered. Your accommodations will depend on the getaway you’ve purchased, your destination and availability based on your travel dates.
How many people can I bring with me?
It depends on the type of getaway you purchased, but typically these special vacations are intended for two adults, with some exceptions for families with children. You can confirm details when you book your dates.
Can I attend the resort tour and sales presentation by myself?
If you are married or living with someone and combining your incomes, you must attend together, except where prohibited by law.
Can I bring my children on the resort tour?
Our team will be able to provide up-to-date information on activity rooms for children during tour times at participating sales sites.
Can I bring my pet?
No, pets are not permitted on Hilton Grand Vacations introductory getaways, nor at Hilton Grand Vacations properties, with the exception of registered service animals, which are always welcome.
When will I receive the bonus or gift associated with my getaway?
You will receive your bonus after you’ve attended your sales presentation. Please allow six to eight weeks for Hilton Honors™ Points to be deposited into your account. You must be a member of Hilton Honors to earn Hilton Honors Points. Hilton Honors Points do not count toward tier qualification.
