Summary: The Club Counselors at Hilton Grand Vacations are available to answer questions and help Members enjoy a lifetime of vacations.

As a Hilton Grand Vacations Member, you have access to a world of travel possibilities. The options are seemingly endless — and so is the excitement. That’s why our Club Counselors are here to help. Our goal is to help make sure you understand your benefits and know how to maximize them.

Here’s some advice to help you navigate your new membership and start making memories.

Is There An Advantage To Owning At Multiple Properties?

Club Counselor: It’s really a personal choice. If you have a specific location you like to travel to, it makes sense to purchase at that property so you can take advantage of the Home Week Priority window. But if you want to try out different properties, you can always use your HGV ClubPoints to travel somewhere new each year.

What Are Bonus Points And How Can I Use Them?

Club Counselor: Bonus Points are additional or “bonus” Club currency. They’re awarded with the purchase of a vacation ownership package or through Club-affiliated programs and ClubPartner relationships.

Bonus Points are valid for a maximum of two years and can be redeemed for reservations at Club resorts, participating hotels and for travel services. If you want to get creative with your points, you can use them on RCI Exchange® vacations, specialty merchandise and gift certificates or ClubPoints conversions. You can also apply them toward your annual maintenance fees.

How Do I Know When My Bonus Points Expire?

Club Counselor: Visit the Club Member website. Once you log in, click on the Points tab and go to your Points dashboard. You’ll see your Bonus Points listed along with the issue and expiration dates.

Are ClubPoints Used For Vacations In The Year Awarded Or In The Next Year?

Club Counselor: ClubPoints are awarded on January 1 each calendar year. They are typically used for vacations in the current year. If you don’t use your ClubPoints in the current calendar year, you can carry them over into the next year.

Can I Exchange Points For Cruises?

Club Counselor: Yes, you can use ClubPoints to book a cruise and discover the world at sea. You’ll be able to browse thousands of itineraries across all major cruise lines and enjoy a best price guarantee. Whether you want a 4-night getaway in the Caribbean or a multi-week adventure in the Mediterranean, you’re sure to create unforgettable vacation memories. Visit the Club Member website to check out all your travel options.

These are just a few of the tips and tricks we have for new timeshare Members. Read “How Do Hilton Grand Vacations ClubPoints Work?” to discover just how flexible your points can be.
